No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
Use of Personal Data. Sponsor and Administrator (as defined below in Section 2) will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Please review Sponsor's privacy policy at Privacy policy – G FUEL and Administrator’s privacy policy at https://cfapromo.com/privacy. By participating in the Game (as defined later in these Official Rules), Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s and Administrator's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's and Administrator’s respective privacy policy.
1. GAME PERIOD:
The “G FUEL Collect & Win Game” (the “Game”) Entry Period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, July 28, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Friday, October 3, 2025 or until all Prizes have been claimed (whichever comes first) (“Game Period”). The Game will have five (5) Game winners (each a “Winner”) to award five (5) prizes (each a “Prize”). The Sponsor’s designated server will be the timekeeper for this Game.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Game is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C. (i.e., excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are physically located and residing therein, who are eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in the state you reside), whichever is older at the time of entry, and who play the Game (“Entrant”).
Employees of G FUEL LLC, 100 Wireless Blvd., Hauppauge, NY 11788-3995 (the “Sponsor”), and/or Cohen-Friedberg Associates, LLC, E. Falmouth, MA 02536 www.cfapromo.com, (the “Administrator”), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors and suppliers (collectively the "Game Entities"), and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same households of any of the foregoing individuals, whether or not related, are ineligible to participate or win a Prize. This Game is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. By entering, you agree to fully comply with the Official Rules and you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Game.
3. HOW TO PLAY:
Purchase any participating G FUEL product containing on www.gfuel.com, Amazon®, or participating retail stores, that contains a one-time use Game QR Code. (Not all products sold on Amazon contain the QR Codes.)
Use your mobile device and scan the QR Code, this will direct you to the game site (“Game Site”).
Once on the Game Site, enter your email address to receive one game piece. Collect all four required game pieces to win that prize, subject to verification.
Each time you return and scan another one-time use Game QR Code you will enter your email address and receive another game piece.
If you collect four (4) of the exact required game pieces to win a Prize, you will automatically be notified and will be instructed on how to claim your Prize (“Winning Game Play”), which requires, among other things, verification of identity, non-tampered submissions, etc.
In the unlikely event that the winning message for any Prize level is distributed in numbers greater than the number stated in these Official Rules for such Prize level, the number of winners stated in these Official Rules will be selected in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that Prize level. All unclaimed Prizes at the conclusion of the Game Period will not be awarded. Any Prizes that remain unclaimed will not be offered in any second chance drawing or otherwise awarded.
No Purchase Alternate Means of Entry: To receive one (1) Game QR Code, on a card or paper, hand print your full name, complete mailing address, age, telephone number, and email address, and insert the card/paper into an appropriately stamped standard envelope and mail to: G FUEL Collect & Win Game QR REQUEST, 100 Wireless Blvd., Hauppauge, NY 11788-3955 (the “AMOE Submission”). Mail-in request must be postmarked no later than Friday, 10/3/25 and received no later than Friday, 10/10/25. No photocopies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. You will receive one (1) Game QR Code per AMOE Submission. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, or postage due requests or mail. Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
Limit: One (1) Prize per person or household.
The decisions of the Administrator and/or Sponsor are final and legally binding in all Game related matters.
There will be nine (9) rare game pieces (one (1) each to complete a collectable of four (4) game pieces to win one of the nine (9) prizes. Prize winning dates and times for the simulated Game play are randomly predetermined under the supervision of the Sponsor and will not be disclosed to Entrants. The first Entrant to play the Game on or after each predetermined winning date and time will be issued one (1) of the rare game pieces. REMEMBER YOU MUST COLLECT ALL FOUR (4) REQUIRED GAME PIECES TO RECEIVE A PRIZE. Each Game play is day, date, and time stamped on the Game server. The odds of winning a rare Game piece is 1:16,666.67 based on 150,000 Game QR codes.
AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE EVEN IF THE GAME PORTION OF THE PROMOTION SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR COPIES OF SCREEN CONTENT OR ANY OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR OF ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. IF ANY SUCH ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR OTHER PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING SEEKING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
NOTE: Entry must be made by the Entrant only. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Game. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Game is prohibited, and any entries deemed by Sponsor or Administrator, in their sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
Entrant’s Release of Liability: All Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, each of the Game Entities, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors and agents from and against all claims, loss, harm, injury, cost, expense and damages whatsoever, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury (including emotional distress), and/or death, arising in connection with each Entrant's participation and/or entry in the Game and/or Entrant’s receipt or use or misuse of the Prize awarded in this Game or participation in any Game-related or prize-related activity.
Sponsor is not responsible for problems downloading or uploading any Game related information or documents to or from the entry website or for any other technical malfunctions or failures of electronic equipment, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer hardware or software, or phone lines, failure of any electronic mail entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, traffic, congestion on the internet or the web site, or any other technical problems related to web site entries including telecommunication miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled or misdirected communications which may limit an Entrant’s ability to participate in this Game.
Although it is free to enter the Game, if you opt to access the Game via your wireless mobile device, data rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Game. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your phone's capabilities for specific instructions. Sponsor is not responsible for any charges.
4. Prize Winner Notice: Any prize winner of a prize valued at $600 or more, shall be required to verify name, complete mailing address and shall also be required to execute and return within five (5) calendar days an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release form covering eligibility, liability, advertising, publicity and media appearance issues, and a form W-9 request for tax payer identification (as required by the IRS for all prize winners of $600 or more), unless prohibited by law. Prize shall not be awarded until all such properly executed forms are returned.
5. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):
One Grand Prize:
All expenses paid (as determined by the Sponsor in its absolute sole discretion) trip to Twitchcon for you (not to exceed $2,250) and the creator who referred you to this challenge (not to exceed $2,250), if such creator agrees in their sole discretion. ARV: $4,500
One (1) Second Prize:
Game room makeover for you (not to exceed $2,000) and the creator who referred you to this challenge (not to exceed $2,000): ARV: $4,000
One (1) Third Prize:
Total ARV of all Prizes in this Game is $9,500.
Prize is not transferrable or assignable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or portion thereof) for a Prize of equal or greater value in the event an offered Prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason. A Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor or any other Game Entities for any Prize that such Winner is unable to use for any reason. Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on their Prize and will receive a Form 1099 for any Prize valued at $600 or greater. Sponsor and the other Game Entities (a) make no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning any Prize (or any portion thereof), and (b) disclaim any implied warranty.
Prize will be awarded only if the prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. Sponsor or Sponsor's representative reserves the right to deny the Prize to Winner, with no further compensation, if Winner engages in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Conduct of the Game is under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winning Game play Winners will be instantly notified of the Prize won. Prizes won will be manually verified prior to awarding of the Prize. Administrator and Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential winning notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the Entrant whose Game play was a winning play for any reason. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if the winning Entrant or potential prize winner has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a Prize for any reason prior to award, such Entrant will be disqualified.
7. PUBLICITY RELEASE/ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS:
Acceptance of any Prize constitutes the winning Entrant’s permission for the Game Entities to use Entrant’s entry materials, in whole or in part, name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and city and state of residence (collectively, the "Attributes"), for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation or authorization, (except where prohibited by law), and releases the Game Entities from all claims arising out of the use of such Attributes.
Each Entrant: (i) grants to the Sponsor, in perpetuity, a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use his/her Attributes, in whole or in part, for advertising or promoting the Game, the Game Entities or for any other reason; (ii) waives all moral rights in and to his/her Attributes in favor of the Sponsor; and (iii) agrees to release and hold harmless the Game Entities from and against any and all claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action that relate in any way to the entry, entrant's entry submission, the use of the Attributes as permitted hereunder or the Game.
By submitting an entry, you agree that your submission is gratuitous and made without restriction and will not impose any obligation upon Administrator or Sponsor.
8. DISQUALIFICATION:
Administrator and Sponsor reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Game, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Game, or to disparage, annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted.
SEVERABILITY:
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor, Administrator, and the Game Entities are not responsible for, and Entrant hereby releases Sponsor, Administrator, and the Game Entities from any claims arising from: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Game; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Game or the process of awarding Prizes; (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to Entrant's computer, mobile device, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Game: and (vi) Winner’s receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.
11. RIGHT TO CANCEL/MODIFY: If Sponsor determines, in its absolute ole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the integrity or viability of the Game, Sponsor reserves the right to void and disqualify the entries at issue, and/or terminate or modify the Game. In the event of termination, any unawarded prizes will remain unawarded.
12. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Game or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court of the State of New York and Entrant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection it might have based upon improper venue or inconvenient forum; and (2) unless otherwise prohibited, under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Game shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
13. WINNERS LIST: To obtain the name of the Winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: G FUEL Collect & Win Game WINNERS, 100 Wireless Blvd., Hauppauge, NY 11788-3955. All such requests must be received by 10/30/25.
